Charles Kulp, Jr. Memorial Award
The Charles Kulp, Jr. Memorial Award is presented annually to up to ten (10) outstanding Local Presidents in the nation.
The award is named in honor of Charles Kulp, Jr. from Delaware. Kulp served as the Local Chapter President for the Wilmington Junior Chamber and also as a State President for Delaware. He died of cancer in 1979.
This award is based on the following criteria: Leadership, motivation and inspiration of Members; community impact; impact on Local Organization; participation in State, USJC and JCI events; and exemplification of USJC Values.
Each state organization may nominate up to six (6) outstanding Local Presidents for this award. To be eligible for the award, the Local President’s chapter must be at YTD growth for the award year.

Heidi Juttner Memorial Outstanding Local Vice President Award
The Heidi Juttner Memorial Outstanding Local Vice President Award will be presented annually to up to ten (10) outstanding Local Vice Presidents, regardless of the name of their office.
This award is based on the following criteria: Leadership, motivation and inspiration of Members; community impact; impact on Local Organization; participation in State events; and exemplification of USJC Values.
Each state organization may nominate up to ten (10) outstanding Local Vice Presidents for this award.
